The First Impressions Ministry is made up of many teams that focus on the overall operations of a church service. The First Impressions Teams are responsible for ensuring the church services are operationally strong. The team coordinates all church operations activities from scheduling to weekend service preparation to logistics.

  • Prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.

  • Be the first touch for our guests and members as they arrive to worship together.

  • Provide a sense of safety and assurance to our members and guests at our weekend services.

Create an environment in our KidsLife Services where children and their families are exposed to biblical foundations and the real love of Jesus. (Requirements: Background Check)

• Check-in: Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for families by checking in their kids efficiently. This is the first impression of who LC KidsLife is to our first time guests.

• Buddy: Giving special 1 on 1 attention to kids that learn differently or need some extra love!

• Nursery (0-2yrs old): Introducing kids to Jesus, worship and the Bible through play, coloring and reading the Bible, while engaging their sense of wonder.

• First Look (3yrs-Kinder): Introducing a relationship with Jesus through a small group method. Engaging games, crafts, and Bible stories.

• 252 Kids (1st-3rd grade): High energy games, interactive worship and Bible stories, and intentional small group time are the biggest focuses. Watching kids come alive in their faith is an amazing experience!

• 252 Preteens (4th-5th grade): Kids at this level are philosophers! They want to test out their faith and make it real for themselves. Be prepared for belly laughs and sheer randomness!

• Whole Group Leader: Make the lesson come alive for students as a whole group, as they learn the focus and Bible story and how they can apply what they learn to every day life!

  • A: Nope! People with different life experiences and careers give our team diversity and opportunities to teach a greater variety of children.

Provide the resources for the challenges within our communities through food distributions, after-school enrichment, and our homeless ministries. In doing so, we connect with families and younger generations with hope and care.

Weekly prayer meetings are available for those who attend LifeChange Church to receive prayer and intercede to advance God’s Kingdom into all the world.

Use creativity and technology to deliver the Word and worship through sound engineering, cameras, lighting, and other visual elements.

Communicate the church’s values and upcoming events through the use of technology, print production, and social media.

Provide overall administrative support for the Church. Duties can include answering phone calls, emails, and office clerical work.
